All shoes are in European sizing. This chart is meant as a general guide only.

Shipping

All packages have a tracking number.

Please allow up to two business days to process your order.

For residents outside Canada:
Import duties, taxes, and other local charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the package delivery date. Items must not be worn, used or damaged and must have their original tags and undamaged packaging. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shipping fees are not refundable. The purchase amount will be refunded after the returned product(s) has been received in good order.

United States and International:
Returns are suggested to be shipped  via a shipping service that provides a tracking number.

All the returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.
